		<description>Hi Kim!

I am working on putting together a Travel PR panel for our May Program for the Public Relations Society of America&#039;s Puget Sound Chapter. The program is being held at the Seattle Times auditorium and the date is set for Thursday, May 22 from 7:30-9 a.m.

We are looking to bring in a panel of writers that can speak to a group of PR professionals in the travel industry. Of course, they will be excited to be in the same room with you, but then they will want to know all the answers to things like what is your specific background, what kind of stories do editors look for, what is the best way to pitch you (or a travel writer in general), how do you compel a travel writer to visit your destination, etc. Anything to educate the PR folks about what you do!

I have Carol Pucci with the Times already on board, and with your background in the magazine side, you would be an excellent addition!

I hope this fits in with your schedule and interests you! We are also looking to attract one or two more panelists, we were thinking Rick Steves, Jim Gullo, if you have any suggestions – we are all ears!

Thank You for your time!
